About Us

Our Commitment to Social Impact and Sustainability
Here at Mikro Grafeio, we take our responsibility, innovative interventions and efforts towards enabling a creative and meaningful change in areas of social sustainability and eco-governance very seriously.
Recognised by the FICCI TNSC Technology Panel and The New Indian Express, we brought home the FICCI-TNIE Start-up Stars award for the most ‘Aspiring Startup with Deep Social Impact' two years in a row!
As a social impact start-up, we aim to create and promote employment opportunities in Tier 2 & 3 towns across India, by providing distributed workspaces that are process ready, people ready and performance ready supported by stellar IT infrastructure.
Our Vision and Mission sets the path and pace for us to achieve our goals, especially in terms of social impact by addressing employment opportunities in satellite cities. We want to be pioneers in this space and be an integral part of the machinery that supports growth and scalability for entrepreneurs in India, which is now the 3rd largest start-up ecosystem in the world. Plans also include essential skilling, training and mentorship to make the rural population of these tier 2 & 3 towns employment ready, through outreach programs in local colleges and institutes thereby driving the change we intend to bring in. We also intend to change the dynamics of women employment, providing upskilling and women only workspaces to promote women empowerment and inclusion.
In our efforts to improve social infrastructure with better work environments, thus attracting corporates to move work to tier 2& 3 towns , we expect to fuel local businesses, thus setting the right partner ecosystem in place. Moreover shifting of some of the CSR initiatives of corporates to these towns are sure to build the local ecosystem and create a sustainable rural work model in times ahead, impacting rural livelihood positively. Most importantly, we are able to reduce carbon footprint with environmental friendly commute thanks to our workspaces closer to home!
